Eid al-Fitr 2022
Assalamu alaikum!
The moon was not sighted on Saturday night, so Eid will be on Monday, May 2nd.
Due to the large number of people expected to attend the Eid prayer, there will be two prayer times at the masjid; one beginning at 7:45am and one beginning at 9:30am.
Please come early and carpool to minimize parking issues. Make sure to park your cars appropriately, both in the parking lot and on the street. Double-parking and blocking of the street or our neighbors’ driveways will not be tolerated. We will have a tow truck on call to remove inappropriately parked cars. There will be a team of people enforcing good parking etiquette; please follow their instructions and do not cause them unnecessary issues.
After the first prayer, please leave promptly to make room for the cars and people coming for the second prayer.
Each prayer will be about an hour long. The schedule is as follows:
